Greetings from your WoodWorks team. Very cool to hear that Punangairi – the Visitor Centre in Punakaiki, designed by Sheppard and Rout Architects, is a winner in the international BLT Built Design Awards. We’re only a week away from our next event, WoodWorks Conference, 4-5 November in Rotorua. There are still a few places left but you’ll need to get in quick.
- Paradise, is a six-storey, office building developed by Bywater, and is London’s largest mass timber office built with CLT floors and glulam beams on a hybrid frame.
- A new resource in the form of an online carbon tool was launched last month – a great resource for architects, engineers and construction managers.
- 80-metre beautiful glulam arches – spanning the full width of the new Smith Athletic Park facility in the Township of Langley.
